Our products are available for free download in the form of free versions that show you the results
of a possible recovery.

data. If the User is not sure whether the result of a possible recovery suits him,
he should not order and pay for the data recovery service.
For this reason, the refund procedure of the executed order is not provided.
However, under special circumstances and at our discretion, exceptions are possible.
A refund is possible only in relation to the first order by a specific User.
If the User orders the service more than once, refund is not possible.
In case of cancellation of the order after the payment is made, but before the order is executed, we are obligated to refund the payment to the buyer
in the same way as the payment was made, with deduction of payment system fees.
